1 cup vanilla yogurt or greek (just add an additional Tbl of milk)
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. maple extract
1 Tablespoon Ravine's Edge maple syrup
1 ounce almonds
2-4 TBL of almond milk, depending on how thin you like your smoothies.
