Caramel Apples overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup – oats, dry

  • 1 teaspoon – cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp – Ravine's Edge pure maple syrup

  • 8 ounce – Milk

  • 1 medium – apple

SYRUP:

  • 2 tablespoon – coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoon – Ravine's Edge pure maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon – almond butter

Directions
  1. Combine oats, cinnamon, maple syrup and Milk  in a small bowl or tupperware.  Cover and let refrigerate over night.

  2. In morning, give the oats a good stir.

  3. Chop up your apple into small pieces and layer in oats and apples to your glass!

  4. Caramel Syrup: Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together in the microwave, then whisk in almond butter until smooth.  Add a tiny splash of vanilla or pinch of salt if you want! Drizzle on top!
